Positive: Super friendly and helpful staff. Lovely clean hotel which is well organised. Very clean swimming pool. Lovely dinner in the restaurant - nice breakfast. Safe storage for our 2 bicycles. Good air con, plenty of hot water in the shower. Beds comfortable and room quiet.

Negative: Nothing - it was all excellent.

Summary: We are visiting from Australia and really enjoyed everything about this hotel. Highly recommend.

Positive: There are few hotels in Los Andes, and this one is fair for the price. As an extranjero, I didn’t have to pay the VAT tax which brought the price down to a more reasonable rate. The rooms were fine and breakfast was decent. Staff were very friendly though and helpful. Parking was secure and some under carport cover.

Negative: The beds need to be changed…getting dips in them. Rooms could have been cleaned better.
