Positive: It was bigger than expected. There were washing machines to do laundry. Free use of towels, friendly staff

Negative: The pillows were not great, cleaning only done every 4 days.

Summary: It was overall a really good place and I will happily come again.

Positive: - super-fast internet (50–150 Mbps) - clean, nicely furnished rooms with a balcony - the apartment has a separate bedroom, which is a big plus; beds are reasonably comfortable - basic kitchen utensils in small quantity, but enough; there is a kettle and a fridge - free drinks and coffee at reception - convenient door access to the hotel and the room via code instead of a key - late-night check-in is possible, but be careful about incorrect information on Booking.com saying the reception and check-in are open until 23:30 — the reception is actually open 9:00–20:00, and after that you receive an entry code (as a late check-in), even if you arrive after midnight - bus stop right by the hotel; during the day buses no. 4 and 20 go to the city center in about 25 minutes

Negative: - no swimming pool (it was drained), although the hotel claimed in the description that the pool is open even in winter (I love swimming even in cold water, so the lack of a pool was a bit of a disappointment) - some minor issues with check-in; the tourist tax had to be paid before arrival only via smartphone, but in the end it was possible to pay it at the reception - note that if you have a flight in the middle of the night, no buses run from the hotel to the city center at night, and the A1 airport bus runs at odd hours, so the only option is Uber — from the city center to the airport it costs from €17, and from the hotel probably €30–40 Overall, despite a few issues, I highly recommend Hotel Lis

Positive: Room is ok, connectivity is ok, staff is ok, one free beverage.

Negative: I'm not sure why room with kitchen doesn't have a knife. Also ac was smelly. when we arrived - sheets on bed were dirty, we mentioned that and next day staff changed them. Also I'd want to have broom in the room. Beach is with sand so its obvious some of it you would bring to the hotel, and you want to clean it. also tv remote was missing, we asked staff, they said previous guests took it. But thats not my problem.

Summary: Overall good place to stay. Just need minor fixes: put knife and broomstick and clean ac filters

Positive: It was very clean, close to the Cala Major, well connected with Palma by bus. It was very peaceful and the bed was so comfortable, better than some serious 5star hotels. The kitchen has everything you need, the appliances are brand new, bathroom also clean, new. It was a very nice stay. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again if I ever come back to Mallorca. :)

Positive: Good location, quiet (behind the Main Street), 30 min away from Palma, 8 min from the good beach. Staff are amazing, very polite and cool!

Negative: Be ready to buy some of the kitchenware if you want to cook at home Be ready to listen to the midnight noise (music, celebrations, etc) from the neighbours from below or above floors.
