Positive: Breakfast was very good, could maybe do with a bit more fresh fruit or fruit salad but in general really enjoyed it. The staff was very sweet and accomodating from booking confirmations to serving dinner at the attached Indian restaurant. We had a very good time and can recommend this hotel if you would want to be close to the train station and the Ccty centre (10min walk). And while we were originally planning to take the train from Düsseldorf Airport we ended up renting a car (40min ride) and there was ample parking at the hotel for us. So, all in all, good location, nice staff and all well

Negative: I advised the staff to check the drains in our room, in my view they need either cleaning, plumbing, severr flushing or otherwise an odour check. We left the bathroom door closed throughout the nights which kept us sleeping safe and sound.

Summary: We had an excellent stay and are very grateful to the staff for making us feel welcome

Positive: The rooms are very modern, spacious and clean. The Indian restaurant that’s also run by the hotel owners is amazing.

Negative: It’s directly next to the train station, which is great, but can also be quite noisy, especially if you have a room facing the platforms. Luckily we didn’t and number of trains are fairly limited.

Positive: Was clearly once a very nice chain hotel with a sterile design interior and perfect location at the train station.

Negative: Showing signs of wear and a tiny bottle of water and cola aren't really a "free Minibar". More three stars than four.

Summary: Sterile, sort of stylish but not a good value.

Positive: Friendly staff, comfortable bed, kettle and drinks, fridge, spacious bathroom, good breakfast, very good Indian restaurant attached to the hotel

Negative: The in-room safe didn't work (but we were able to use the main reception one), room was rather hot even with air con (but we could open the window), poor lighting in the room (hard to read in bed).

Summary: A comfortable stay in a location that was very convenient for us - friendly staff and good food.
