Positive: Amazing place. Spacious, warm and clean rooms. Clean spa with many sunbeds. Friendly service always willing to help. Stylish interior, bringing coziness. I don't think I've ever had better food than here - locally produced from their farm and all dishes were very well prepared.

Positive: Our room was reasonably spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The relaxation/ spa area was somewhat small, but never felt cramped. It was evident that the hotel was designed with great care. It offers a perfect blend of traditional Bulgarian design and modern convenience.

Negative: It would be nice to extend the breakfast hours a bit to accommodate people who like sleeping in a bit during their holidays.
