Summary: Chris at reception went above and beyond. Gave us useful recommendations for dinner and parking and things to see The conservatory area was a nice place to relax. The room was clean. The breakfast was the only downside, over priced for what it was.

Summary: I arrived slightly earlier than planned, and decided to see if I could check in. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and gave me plenty of useful information about the local area while they checked whether my room was ready. Excellent first impression, very clean, tidy, modern, great ambience. Lovely room, and parking close by too. Highly recommended.

Summary: Lovely property, quirky room with a lovely terrace and owner and staff super friendly. Bed a little hard but linen good. Breakfast was continental. Would stay again.

Summary: Despite saying otherwise on their page, there is no parking, and parking on the street is very difficult during business hours. Hotel is cozy, but there was also no curtain on the window, which is just weird. Despite these things, still a good place, as we eventually were able to park in the lot without a time limit, and made a makeshift curtain using the blanket.

Summary: The welcome that we got from the owner was wonderful. He was friendly, super helpful and provided lots of information such as where we could park, great restaurants and how to get to the old town which was very walkable. Despite being in a busy area our room was really quiet and the terrace was great! We will definitely stay here again when we are next in Albi.
