Positive: Hotel is at good location. Alots eating and shopping places surrounding, and can be reached within walking distance. Good service with free valet parking. It saved alots of our trouble. Staff are very attentive. We feedback toilet leaking issue and it is resolved immediately (actually still hv minor leak). Room comes with LG Styler steam clothes care. It helps to refresh our clothes especially after having BBQ for dinner. Room is spacious. It is good enough for a family of 4 people.
Negative: Our window view is blocked by a building. No view at all. Room light is dim.prefer brighter room. Limited storage space for clothes and racks for toiletries.
