Summary: Very convenient hotel for the train station and only a short walk into Innsbruck old town. Staff were helpful and friendly. Wonderful breakfast was a bonus.

Summary: Overall a nice experience. The rooms were clean and the fans were a great addition. I wish breakfast would be included with the price of the hotel. You should also try to upgrade the key system. Those keys are too large.

Summary: Would have been a smooth 5 stars across the board, but the service at breakfast left a poor taste in mouth. While the breakfast itself was excellent, it's not nice that the server forgot our order and very clearly served the table next to us much more (asking if more coffee would be nice, if all's good, etc.)

Summary: Innsbruck is a beautiful place but I would recommend choosing an alternative place to stay. We had 2 family rooms for a night which included 4 family “rooms.” When the temperature was substantially warmer in one of the four rooms I made staff aware on two occasions. The first time I was told everything was working. The second, an employee came up and agreed it was a drastic difference and said he would return. He didn’t. Instead a manager called room and started screaming at me for requesting help at 10pm. I tried to explain the situation and he kept yelling that “this is Austria just open a window” we were at the conclusion of a historic heat wave and I had two young children. To add insult to injury I get an email in the middle of the night from the manager calling me a liar and berating me for bringing an apparent issue to their attention (they refused to admit their was an HVAC issue. This hotel has AC units but later admitted to me that they control it centrally and the remotes in the room are for show. Would not recommend wasting your money at this hotel unless climate control and customer service don’t matter to you.

Summary: Very good functional hotel, with bright clean rooms, comfy bed, and a great breakfast. Location is perfect, just 10mins walk from the main station and city centre. Trams stop right outside the hotel. The Innsbruck Welcome Card is included for stays of 2 or more nights, giving free use of all public transport. A nice pretty park opposite the hotel.

Summary: We loved this hotel. It is close to all public transportation. The staff deserve a medal! All staff were kind and went above and buttoned to make our stay the best!
