Positive: Nice place to stay if you’re visiting Legoland. You can access Legoland directly, 30 minutes before the official opening. There are many LEGO play areas in the hotel, and small LEGO sets are provided as gifts in the room. The staff were very kind and answered all our questions. Breakfast was excellent!

Negative: However, there was a bad smell in the bathroom. The kids’ bed had two levels, but I wouldn’t allow them to sleep on the upper one — it didn’t look safe at all (just a small barrier).

Positive: The hotel is ideal for spending time in Lego Land. There is a separate exit to the amusement park The choice of food for breakfast was good.

Negative: We lived on the first floor of the business section. The windows overlooked the courtyard. There was not enough sunlight. The room smelled damp. Paper cups - funny and poor.

Negative: For such a price to stay in this hotel, Very limited items for breakfast. One coffee machine for big crowd of people. bathroom sink was with hairs, shower with no pressure of water. Unfriendly reception lady.

Summary: It's Ok to stay once in this hotel, but not again!

Positive: The very friendly and helpful staff made a real difference. Too many to name individually. Very convenient for Legoland

Negative: Information on the free bus shuttle should have been more prominent in information provided. Room could have had USB charging points.
