Positive: It was close to the shops and restaurants. The rooms are big with a fireplace and beautiful view of the ski hill.

Negative: The pool, spa and coffee shop were closed.

Positive: I liked the clean and spacious room. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Negative: I especially was disappointed by the parking lot view. It would have been nice to have a breakfast room and a restaurant. The TV in the bedroom didn't work.

Positive: We were able to check in quite early!

Negative: We arrived and had to ask to get our bed sheets to be changed because they were dirty but then we noticed that the nightstand was dirty too and there were some used Utensils behind the nightstand. Also the internet didn't work at all for most of the night and neither the fridge or the fireplace worked...
