Positive: Room and bathroom was very spacious. Late check-out was very useful.
Negative: Frequent miscommunication with housekeeping and front desk for simple requests (e.g. asking for tea and milk to be restocked). Amenities in the room were far too small for use, and not sufficient for two guests. No power sockets or suitable bedside table on one side of the bed. The toilet door does not close and is not remotely soundproof.
