Positive: Quick and friendly check-in, free parking, super comfortable beds and cozy deco. Will definitely come back again every time I'm in the area :)

Negative: The window of the bedroom was open when I arrived so it was a bit cold but the temperature of the room quickly went up with the heating on.

Positive: The whole hotel environment was lovely, very clean and with excellent facilities. The room was great , very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent shower. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Negative: 1. for two days we had a water leak from the air-condition, than they change our room 2. one day the rroom was partial cleaned , 2 bads was left without fixing , 2. towels was not deliverr to the room

Positive: The hotel is located on a central road, just a 10-minute drive from Namur. Despite this, the sound isolation is excellent, and it was very quiet. We booked a family room, which was great—very comfortable for 4 people, with the teenagers sleeping on the terrace. The room was very clean and recently renovated. The breakfast was amazing, and we also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was equally delicious.

Negative: We liked everything about our stay. However, please note that the hotel is not located in the city. Additionally, the family room may not be suitable for families with children under the age of 6-7, as the steps are difficult to climb and require extra caution.
