Positive: the staff working at the hotel was very friendly, giving us tips about agency tour. breakfast was good, room was comfortable with hot shower.

Negative: wifi available only at the reception. the owner wasn't really friendly, not helping us at all on our way to putre from La Paz. we had to stop in arica and get a taxi back to putre. basically no shuttle service at all. very expensive for what you get.

Positive: The hotel is very well located, the owner Stefan was great, he gave us plenty of help and tips on how to experience the area at its best, he is very kind and there to help you. They also have very cute dogs to play with.
