Positive: Nice room, very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. We liked the location, it may be apart from center but that way you avoid the noise, it is a tranquile place for less than 10 soles in a tuc.tuc to Plaza de Armas and less than 20 to Huacachina. Always available tuctuc in the street outside.

Negative: The salsa classes our room weren't ideal.

Positive: It has a good location , the staff are very nice and helpful. The food is good and everything is clean.

Negative: I was on the first floor close to the kitchen and the pool . In the morning was loud because people were taking their breakfast , at night also I could hear people talking .

Negative: Melvin, Front Desk Supervisor, he is very attentive, courteous and professional. We had a little issue with a tour reservation, and he followed up and found a solution for us. Also, very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Melvin!
