Summary: The hotel is on a busy street so you get some noise. But the rooms are comfortable and spotless The staff couldnt be more helpfull. The restaurant serves an excellant dinner and the feee breakfast was good too

Summary: Very small rooms but the blankets so so so soft and warm blankets, the showers very smal but pressure of the water was very good...

Summary: When I first saw the hotel from the street, I thought I’d made a big mistake booking it. We were pleasantly surprised. One draw was the included parking, which is secure in the back and has plenty of space. Avenida Las Americas is a very busy street, but our room was in the back with no street noise. The location is in easy walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. The room was super clean and comfortable. Nice fluffy towels. The bed sheets could be of higher quality. Xela is quite cold at this time of year. I’ve stayed in several hotels there and the lack of heat in the room was never a problem. However, our room was really cold. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and I’d rate it as the best place I’ve stayed in Xela so far.
