Positive: Location of hotel is superb on the banks of Lago Grey. The first night was in Superior Room where the views were breathtaking. We could see the Grey Glacier in the distance and the weather being clear, could see the Paine Grande & Cuernos horns clearly, well worth the money. Room and bathroom were very nice as well. Views from the coffee shop were also stunning. We booked tours through the hotel which were very well arranged including food. Guide took good care of us and did not rush the tour at all, kept pace with our hiking levels.
Summary: It was a fulfilling 3 days amidst breathtaking scenery, well worth the money

Positive: This hotel was in such an amazing location with the mountain scenery. It was absolutely stunning. Not to mention, it was so nice having heated bathroom tiles to step on! The staff was amazing and the food was delicious!
