Positive: All was quite perfect. But some minor comments. The shower head had irregular beams (minor inconvenience but noticeable). The Jacuzzi was 95% clean (again.. minor inconvenience but we like very clean tubs). Nothing that running it on full heat before usage didn't fix it. Apart from this we really loved the stay, would definitely do it again. And definitely recommend it to friends.

Positive: The apartment is very practical with the car parked right in front of the door and with the garage door lockable. Everything was super clean and hygenically wrapped. The hosts were very eager to help.
Negative: From the time I arrived to the time that I left, I did not come into contact with one single human being. I understand that this is a motel, but seperating the hosts from the guests to this extreme paints a strange image of the establishment. If you add to that that some guests cannot speak Portuguese, sending a cellphone with translator messages back and forth through a drawer and trying to communicate via an intercom is super humiliating and frustrating.
Summary: Missing the human touch.
