Summary: I was given an upgraded room ( on suite ) at no extra cost. The staff were very friendly & helpful. I had a very enjoyable meal in the restaurant as well as a drink in the friendly bar. I would cretainly stay here again.

Summary: The staff were very helpful. We were accommodated for dinner even though we hadn't booked and the restaurant was very busy. The hotel was much more welcoming than the website pictures suggested. It is very advantageously situated by the station. We were sorry we had not booked it for the overnight stay on our return from walking.
