Summary: The hotel itself was good and clean. The restaurant on site was not that good(food was stale) and overpriced. The location was also not the greatest as there wasn’t much around.

Summary: It fell short of my expectations for a 4-star establishment. The hotel’s condition was disappointing. The room furniture looked outdated and cheap, the blankets were old and worn, and the TV was tiny for a room of this category. To make matters worse, the door lock didn’t work, and I found a ashtray full with cigarette butts on the balcony. The WiFi was free but incredibly slow. As for the restaurant, it initially made a good impression with its inviting ambiance. However, the pasta I ordered arrived cold and undercooked. I had to send it back, but instead of removing the dish entirely from the bill, the manager only offered a partial discount, which didn’t feel fair since I couldn’t eat it. Later the receptionist removed it all. Breakfast was very simple. On the positive side, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the experience a bit better. Their professionalism was a highlight of my stay. Overall, the hotel and restaurant have potential but need significant improvements to meet the standard of a 4-star rating.
