Positive: It was a wonderful experience taking the public water buses to and from the island. We came to the area for Venice but did not realize how incredible the beach neighborhoods of Lido are! We are already planning a trip back in the summer. The hotel is beautiful, quiet and comfortable. Our room was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony taking in the breathtaking views of the garden and ocean in the distance. The delicious breakfast outside in the garden should not be missed. The staff was professional and went above and beyond to make our visit even more memorable

Negative: I didn't like having to leave after such a wonderful stay. We will be back!

Positive: Amazing... delightful place and received a room upgrade! Flight arrived late...accommodated for a late check in (after 11pm). Less than 15 min walk to main boat transport to main Venice attractions. Quiet place to stay and felt safe in the area arriving after dark on first getting into Venice and from touristing all day as a solo female traveller was great! Also pillows were fab! All the staff were lovely...Claudia especially!

Positive: Everything was great and the staff were amazing; especially the daily recptionist.

Negative: It wasn't a massive issue but the hotel was on Lido island and I wanted to spend my time around Venice central so I had to walk/spend time back and forth via ferries. But if you want to relax in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach that would be an amazing option and you still can go to other islands.

Positive: Cozy hotel in a quiet neighborhood, very friendly staff. Mattresses could be better though. It's 15m walk from the boat station leading to very center. Good value for money.

Positive: Location was perfect. Both the beach (5 mins) and the vaporetto stops (15 mins) were in a short walk distance. The Hotel is very comfortable and quiet. Staff was helpful and kind when we had questions. Parking is available, the ferry is not far away. All in all we had a great time during our stay.
