Summary: The hotel was in a good part of town and had everything we needed. Excellent wi-fi, a clean bed, very good breakfast, and decent amenities. I can't say enough about how helpful the staff was. When we were considering booking (we had been staying with family and it wasn't working out too well), we dropped in and asked if we could see a room. The reception desk was happy to show us two different available rooms. They also responded quickly when I requested a fan (there is no air conditioning), and cheerfully opened a bottle of wine we brought in, supplying two wine glasses for us. We were there on international women's day and they surprised us with a lovely cupcake in the room. It does appear to have been a while since it was renovated and I would say that the bathroom and carpeting could use an update. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again the next time I return to Arequipa.

Summary: This hotel was great. Loved our stay here. They treats us very well and addressed all our concerns. They do not have a on-site laundry and their laundry service is expensive. The roof top terrace is amazing.
