Summary: Asked to speak to Manager 3 times and was told speak to someone else. Not good when the Manager cant be bothered with the customers

Summary: This is an excellent hotel to stay in. The room was very clean. The staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and lovely entertainment in the nighttime. A lovely size fridge in our room with some welcoming gifts. The air conditioning was working. The rooftop bar was fabulous. Our balcony in our room had a great view of the sea and the port. We would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay here again.
