The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the hotel offers all needed services, from meals, to a reliable internet connection, transfer services and more.

Positive: The breakfast was fresh, and the area is very safe for walking. It is within walking distance to Patan, and nearby the hotel there is a variety of nice restaurants and coffee shops.

Negative: There are no facilities like gym or swimming pool

Summary: Had a nice stay at this hotel—fantastic location, safe environment, and friendly staff.

Positive: the terrace, the view, and dinner. The staff was accommodating and kind. It is a great paid service to hire a chauffeur to be able to visit places, this opportunity was a great bonus, and the chauffeur was extra helpful I strongly recommend

Negative: the location is a bit far away from the center. The transfer to the airport only works for the pickup but not for the return

Positive: Very nice, clean hotel in a convenient location away from the main road. Amenities were good, room was clean and shower was warm. Furthermore they were kind enough to pack me breakfast at 6am on the day of departure. Big plus: The rooftop lounge has an excellent view and menu. Recommendable also to folks not staying at Kutumba.

Negative: It was occassionally a bit loud from the hallway and it did not help that sometimes neighbouring rooms were cleaned at 10pm. There was some confusion during airport pickup, but in the end everything worked well.

Summary: Nice and friendly hotel in a convenient location.
