Summary: The room was very clean. It is close to public transportation. 3-5 min walk to it. 50 min by public transport to Milan city center. John Raul and Philip were amazing with help at concierge. Breakfast was good.

Summary: only 1 plug socket in the room had to wedge a shoe under it to get it to work, fridge wasn't cold, air-conditioning wasn't turned on because they believe it's not hot enough for "them" this time of year and wasn't turned on which left the room hot. Because of this the window was open all night and it didn't disappoint with loud traffic and noisy locals in near by flats arguing at 2am most evenings. Very dated in need of a good lick of paint.

Summary: Hotel and its staff, lovely. Great breakfast choices and some shops/ restaurants nearby. Perfect location if you have a car or business near by. The only negative for those who want to see the sights, although you can get to it by Metro/ bus, you can waste an hour to/ from the centre.

Summary: The property is close to the bus station, so it is easy to get around. It is also a short walking distance to cafes/ restaurants. The breakfast was lovely (as was the lady who was in atendance). There were many choices: cereal, boiled eggs, yoghurt, spreads, bread rolls with ham, cheese, proschiuto to add, juices, water, a coffee machine that made strong coffee, and tea choices. Sweets also were available like cupcakes and some types of slices. Sheets could have been changed a bit more frequently and the air-conditioning wasn't as cool as I like it to be. Overall though, 👍👍👍up. chose
