Positive: This hotel is in a great location in a beautiful town. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There is free private parking in a gated area right in front of the building. The room we had was small but cozy. The breakfast in the morning is good (with great coffee!) and the restaurant is great for dinner or just having a beer in the bar. Everything in town is within easy walking distance. This is a good value for the price.
Negative: Some of the facilities need attention, such as we had two electrical outlets which didn't work, the remote for the TV didn't work, and the shower had mold around the bottom. Nothing major, just needs attention.

Positive: This was a completely random booking, and I had no expectations of either Kratovo (worth a couple of nights/great location) or the property. I liked both, and found this to be a most pleasant base in an interesting region of Macedonia.
Negative: Macedonian children and birthday parties are feral, and even wilder as the evening progresses. This is the second place I have run into (or been run past by) screaming children into the evening, with parents simply unconcerned ... all fine and dandy if they are yours, but if you are trying to have a dinner alone, their shrieking gets tiresome. Particularly by 8.30pm.

Positive: Big and comfortable rooms. Good value of money - very cheap restaurant and ordered food and cocktails always was delicious.
Negative: Some issue with tv but they fix it. Very poor choice of food for breakfast and breakfast menu looks very dirty. You can feel there old fashion vibe.
Summary: Good spot and amazing restaurant (not for breakfast)
