Summary: We spent 9 nights at this hotel staying whilst taking part and volunteering at JAT UTMB. our room had a lovely view of the mountains and all staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast options every morning were fantastic and set us up for the day, cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel. It was a shame that there was no kettle in the room and no hot chocolate option from the bar because it wasn't winter. Otherwise the facilities were good but the jacuzzi definitely wasn't as warm as it was listed as being on the wall. It is clear that the room we stayed in is due an upgrade no particular issues but the decor and finish was just a bit tired. Would definitely stay here again next time we are passing through the area.

Summary: Nice hotel right off the main road, lots of parking, beautiful reception with a well stocked bar. Room was spacious with lots of storage. Breakfast was delicious and varied. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Summary: Went to this hotel as I was camping but bad weather came. Booked for 1 night and changed that to 2 after an hour! It's superb and delicious breakfasts are included. I also loved the swimming pool! A real bonus. It's close to bars and some shops too. The staff here are fantastic!

Summary: The hotel is in a great location directly next to the slopes. The hotel reception staff were really helpful and friendly. It was clean and the room was comfortable. There were a few things that let it down unfortunately. We asked at the restaurant if they had vegan options at lunch and the lady who I think was the restaurant manager was very rude to us them glared at us each time she saw us. It made it somewhat uncomfortable. The pool and the jacuzzi were uncomfortably cool - the sign said the jacuzzi was 36degrees but it definitely wasn’t- it also had jets that sent out even colder water. In our room we were not provided with robes- I think this was just an oversight but very much missed when we went to the pool. We asked at the pool for towels and were told if we took them from the pool there was a charge. We could bring them from a room however if we didn’t want to pay. Never seen that in a hotel before. The gym was very dreary and looked like a storage room with gym equipment dumped in there. It wouldn’t take much to give it a lift.

Summary: The staff was really friendly and professional. The hotel itself is a bit old and you can see it in the room, e.g. furniture. But everything was clean and the breakfast was delicious as well. So nothing to complain here.

Summary: I stopped in Kranjska Gora for 1 night only as I wanted to visit this famous village. The hotel room was OK, the hotel seems to be one of the older ones, my room was clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful. Good and free parking facilities.
