Summary: The street noise of the cars driving past is really bad. Everything else is great.

Summary: Great hotel in a wonderful location. I think that next year, if the Stateside festival happens, they need to staff up. The staff was very nice, but they were understaffed and it was hard for them to respond to things. A few things happened and they were unable to help in a timely manner.

Summary: I booked through Hotels.com which told me I would owe $80 at the property for two rooms. When I got there I was charged $66 for each room. I was told that they have not been receiving the taxes that Hotels.com had charged therefore they needed to charge me. When I pointed out that that is an issue between them and Hotels.com they said they understood but needed to charge me, which they did . I then asked for receipts and was told they would be emailed to me. 4 days and 2 calls later I still have not received anything

Summary: Overall, the stay was fine. A few added amenities would have improved the experience, such as complimentary bottled water and in-room coffee or tea. The breakfast was underwhelming, and parking was located several blocks from the main building, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel is spread across multiple buildings throughout the town, which may not be ideal for all guests.

Summary: The hotel was very disappointing from the check in (cramped, dark vestibule) to the non attendant check out. Certainly not what we anticipated and definitely not worth the price. No elevator, inconvenient parking, (blocks from the hotel) and a bare-bones room. Would not recommend.

Summary: The hotel is spread in different locations in older buildings. It can be a bit surprising that you have to roll your bags a couple of blocks after checking in. The area is very charming. The room was great and the bed comfy. The bathroom could do with a going over with brass polish. When all the fixtures are brass, it takes some upkeep. We slept in and missed breakfast, but there are many good restaurants and cafes in the area. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.
