Positive: Great value for the price. Great breakfast and polite staff. Room is very comfortable and clean. Location was excellent, beach was just a few steps from the hotel. Also the city center is very close.

Positive: Excellent location with lovely grounds. 15 minute stroll along seafront into town. Very quiet Breakfast is good and excellent selection Room was clean and comfortable beds. Very friendly helpful reception team

Negative: Air conditioning in bar area was too cool for time of year which made it uncomfortable and it has a very noisy fridge!
