Positive: The staff treats you like a friend and helps you with everything you need. The bed was supercomfy with mosquito net and the bathroom clean. The view from the hotel down to the street is amazing to do some people-watching.

Negative: Don't look at the building from outside. From inside it looks better!

Summary: Perfect located between airport and train station, welcoming and lovely staff and a good bed.

Positive: What stood out to me most was the staff who were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay I loved the hotels prime location, it was just few kilometres away from the Airport The rooms were exceptionally clean and well -maintained,with a very comfortable bed and high-quality linens

Negative: The elevator had a mechanical problem so we had to use the stairs
