Summary: Bed broken on arrival, had to pay €12 to get kettle and tea coffee sugar in room,was told breakfast attendant that i couldn't take a cup of milk to room 😕 aircon in broken bed room sounded like a jet plane, quieter in room we moved to until the last night, then it too went loud!! Hotel is very dated, definitely not 4star!! Hotel next door is way better 😌

Summary: Very clean, room service daily. Great staff even the cleaners were friendly. We ate mainly in the Seashore and breakfast in the restaurant looked very good although we only had a light meal of fruit or toast. We opted for a room with a balcony but found that it was too hot to use until the afternoon, even then we could only cope with about 20 minutes. Also discovered that you cannot release the sliding door from the balcony to the room from the balcony, if you close it fully. Had to contact reception to get someone up to open it from inside the room. There ought to be a warning about that. If we had not had a phone with us we could have been trapped 5 floors up. It would also have been nice to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room

Summary: We rented 3 rooms in in 2 of those the AC was not working. Also the shower tab was not useful, was not working. Staf was not of much help either. So that is the reason for 21/2 stars

Summary: The first thing I will say is that the staff are WONDERFUL! They went out of their way to be helpful. My wife tripped in Mdina and hurt her knee badly (no bones broken!) when we got back to the hotel, she was limping badly, and the staff made an ice bag to help the swelling and booked a taxi so we could get to the hospital to have it checked. The next day all those involved asked how she was doing whenever they saw her, and offered to get more ice or anything she needed. Thank you, Guys! The rooms and the public areas were all clean and tidy. No fault there, but the hair dryer in the room did not work, and we were told none of the hair dryers work, because they are a fire risk, so had been disconnected. So ladies, if you stay here take your own dryer, because the manager refused to supply one, even though it is advertised as being supplied. The other problem was the air conditioning. It works, and is sufficient to keep you cool at night, but not strong enough for the June heat during the day. I'd hate to think what it's like in August. We could not stay in the room during the day. Breakfast was normally okay. We paid for it up front. However, the juice was a poor watered-down concentrate. The cooked breakfast was okay, although on the last day, they replaced the hash browns with chips! Really? Chips for breakfast is a red line, and they were cold! To be honest, if it hadn't been for the wonderful staff, my rating would be lower. I doubt very much that we will stay again.

Summary: The hotel is on the Sliema seafront. Parking in the area is very limited so arrive by bus or taxi. Check in was easy. The receptionist on 2nd May in the evening was polite and friendly. The room was quite small, no balcony. The air conditioner wasn't working. It was set to 16c and high speed but it wasn't blowing cold air. There wasn't coffee, tea or bottle water. This is something I'd expect im a 4 star hotel. The bathroom was clean, the shower head fixed and quite low down. I'm not particularly tall but had to stoop to get under it. There was a lot of noise at night from other guests. The hotel staff did deal with it Breakfast wasn't great. Almost everything that's supposed to be hot wasn't. The coffee was ok. The hotel is ok but I can't really recommend it. There are better options in Malta for the same money

Breakfast: The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, which is a nice inclusion. However, the selection was exactly the same every day, which became repetitive after a short stay. Staff: The staff were a highlight of the experience. They were nice, approachable, and always willing to help when needed. Room: We booked a room with four single beds, and it was adequate in terms of space. However, the room felt quite outdated and could benefit from renovation. Bathroom The bathroom was disappointing. The toilet had visible cracks, and overall the fixtures and features felt old and worn. On a positive note, basic amenities like shampoo, soap, and a shower cap were provided. Air Conditioning: This was the worst part of the stay. The air conditioning was not working properly and was blowing hot air even when set to cool or fan mode. When we asked staff to check it, we were told this is how it works due to the hot air outside, which was not a satisfactory explanation. Wardrobe: The wardrobe was old and had an unpleasant smell, so we chose not to use it at all. Ventilation & Surroundings: We had to keep the windows and balcony door open to get some fresh air, but this created other issues. There was a smoking area directly below, so we often had to close them again. Additionally, flies would come into the room, making it uncomfortable.

Summary: Would not recommend. Good location on water front. Hotel is tired, poorly equipped and shoddy. Bed was hard and covered with thin single sheet. AC not cooling room, just blowing warm air. Asked for service for AC - no improvement. It was cooler in the corridor. Breakfast felt like school lunch served behind Perspex wall and passed around. Juices could not be watered down any more. Furniture in room was old. Bathroom felt dirty and drains smelled when first used. Better options, and lower prices available off the Strand.
