Positive: The location is near Kimitsu station (around 6mins walk). Just 2 mins walk then can find Lawson. Nearby hotel have few Chinese restaurants. Hotel has public bath house, although only opens evening times. The bed is soft, the blanket is fluffy, just how I like it.

Negative: The corridor leading to the room smells of cigarette. But the room itself is not.

Positive: The bed was comfortable and the window could not only open but also had an insect screen, so I could air out the room as much as I wanted without worrying about mosquitos and other bugs coming in. This hotel is close to the station and there are also facilities such as restaurants and a konbini nearby. And there were welcome drinks at the restaurant when I arrived, really nice hospitality!

Negative: I thought it would be okay to have a smoking room, but the smell was pretty bad after all. Next time I will make sure to choose a non-smoking room.

Summary: Decent hotel close to the station, with good beds.
