Positive: We had a stay with two meals included. The dinner was rich and delicious, the room was comfortable, and the large public bath was well-equipped. Overall the environment was relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Positive: The room is spacious. The reception staff is very polite Although they spoke very little English, they tried hard to respond to my questions.

Negative: Some parts of the room are showing signs of age. The breakfast is mediocre and expensive.

Summary: A possible alternative if rooms at Hirosaki are not available.

Positive: We stayed in a ryokan room, very big, clean and spacious. Service was exceptional, hotel staff were very helpful and polite and took an extra mile to assist us with our enquiry.
