Positive: Excellent location, very friendly & helpful staff. I was traveling alone & felt very safe.

Negative: Need better lighting in bathrooms…too dim for putting on makeup.

Positive: Location wise pretty convenient, room size good, we stayed at higher lfloor facing Main Street and views are good

Negative: AC not working. Even we called maintenance and they tried to fix few times but still not running well. hotel did offer to switch room for us. But we don’t want repack and stuff so

Negative: The hotel is currently under renovation, and while the kitchen was average, the staff did their best. Windows couldn’t be opened due to a stink bug issue, but overall the stay was acceptable.

Negative: I was disapointed to discover during my morning shower that the soap and shampoo dispenser were completely empty, both on the shower and the sink , not expected for a 4star hotel.
