Positive: _The room was OK, and safe parking underneath the hotel was a plus. The housekeeping ladies were friendly.

Negative: _Breakfast was disastrous: the selection of products was very poor, cheap products; the staff didn't care if the buffet was fully stocked; the tables were dirty; cleaning was done with a dirty carriage rolling through the breakfast room; overall, very disappointing! When we asked for a herbal or fruit tea, the answer was, "Sorry, we ran out of it (over 3 days)." Just very disappointing. On another note, we love kids, but who in the Management sees it as innovation, placing a kids' play station in the breakfast room, occupying half of the breakfast room, resulting in not having enough tables during breakfast hours (besides kids like to play, thanks for the noise during breakfast hours) - we experience this 3 days in a row. _Staff members don't smile or even greet (mainly the reception and breakfast staff). It should be forbidden to smoke and engage in small talk when starting their shifts in the atrium, directly below the guests' rooms. It turned out to be very loud, and the smoke just stinks!

Summary: This hotel does not merit a four-star rating!!!
