Positive: Close to the entrance of the temple complex, nice staff

Negative: There is nothing that we didn’t like about the property. However, to reach the entrance of the temple complex as well as the area with shops and restaurants, you have to walk in front of a small settlement of homeless people with beggar kids. Every time we walk in front of them, the adults encourage the little kids to come to us to beg. It is sad to see how the parents of these poor children use them.

Positive: The location and the friendliness of the staff are the main highlight of the hotel. Gate 5 of the Mayadevi temple is only a 5 min walk from the hotel. The area is very quiet and the hotel has a very homely feel to it.

Negative: The lights in the room could have been a bit brighter.

Summary: Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Positive: Great newly constructed hotel situated just a stone throw's from the entrance of the Lumbini religious complex. Mayadevi is 10 minutes away on foot, no need for a tuk-tuk or a taxi. Lots of little restaurants and shops just three minutes away. The room I occupied contained 2 massive beds, a kettle, a working fan, hot water, toilet paper, toiletries and a towel. Internet connection is also provided. The staff has been very helpful and managed to prepare a delicious meal at a moment's notice. Splendid base to discover Lumbini, and extremely competitive price too.

Negative: One night was not enough to discover the whole complex and the city itself...

Summary: Excellent hotel close to Lumbini's Mayadevi.
