Positive: The location right outside gate 5, a short walk from Maya Devi Temple, and close to Lumbini Market was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the value was excellent.
Negative: It would have been nice to have normal bedside lights for reading, they were red and sometimes blue so I had to use the big overhead lights. And not the hotel's fault but walking down the street at night was very dark, especially for a solo woman.

Positive: Everything was great. Owner and the staff are very friendly. Very convinient location.It took only 4-5min to maya devi temple gate 5. calm and quiet location with lot of greens to eyes.

Positive: Close to the entrance of the temple complex, nice staff
Negative: There is nothing that we didn’t like about the property. However, to reach the entrance of the temple complex as well as the area with shops and restaurants, you have to walk in front of a small settlement of homeless people with beggar kids. Every time we walk in front of them, the adults encourage the little kids to come to us to beg. It is sad to see how the parents of these poor children use them.

Positive: The location and the friendliness of the staff are the main highlight of the hotel. Gate 5 of the Mayadevi temple is only a 5 min walk from the hotel. The area is very quiet and the hotel has a very homely feel to it.
Negative: The lights in the room could have been a bit brighter.
Summary: Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
