Positive: The location was amazing, it was right next to Meydan Square and in the heart of the vibrant city. Everything was accessible through walk. The staff was very hospitable. The rooms were beyond our expectations, they were spacious and comfortable and very clean. Every facility was available. It was more than value for money.

Negative: There is nothing much that we did not like. But if there is a room of improvement then I would suggest that if there could be more options in breakfast. Though the dining location was perfect, gives you the view of the city.

Positive: It was a great hotel. Not like any other 2 star hotel in Turkey, it was just like the pictures. Room was new, spacious and super clean. Staff is highly responsive.

Positive: Exception service and very good, friendly and helpful people! We really felt that we’re welcome like at home. The best location in Trabzon - everything - cafes, restaurants, shops are close. Beautiful hotel building and fine design of the room and hotel itself. We’d come back with a great pleasure.
