Summary: Check-in screwed up. 2pm check-in became 4:30pm. Hotels have a few things to do, to get 5***** Fast check-in, clean room, hot shower, tasty breakfast, etc. Bad start. Otjerwise, nice place!

Summary: Had a lovely time at this hotel. Staff was very helpful - location was great - included breakfast was delightful. Would definitely recommend! (Directly across the street from the Opera House - be sure to take a tour!!)

Summary: Beautiful property with an amazing view from the squeaky clean rooftop pool. The hotel breakfast is excellent with familiar items for US/European travelers as well as local favorites to try. The fruit is amazing. We had a great view of the famed Opera House and enjoyed happy hour on the square nearby. There are a variety of restaurants and shops nearby but don't overlook the hotel restaurant and bar. We enjoyed cocktails in the lobby bar and a wonderful dinner. But all of these things were topped by the wondeful staff. Everyone was unfailingly warm and helpful.
