Summary: Loved the hotel, the staff was fabulous and the location was perfect. Only problem was that heat and towel heater wasn’t working. Offered for us to change rooms but we were leaving the next morning.

Summary: It was a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is superb. Almost every main attraction at walking distance. The staff very polite & helpful. I highly recommend it.

Summary: We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. The staff was incredible—always available and skilled not only in guest services but also as bartenders. We also enjoyed a wonderful massage at the spa, which had an amazing atmosphere. The hotel's aesthetic won us over, and the views were breathtaking (see below). Our room was spacious and offered entertainment options like Amazon and Netflix. The hotel is centrally located in a vibrant part of Antwerp, making it easy to get around. When we return, this will be the only place we stay!

Summary: Hotel was amazing Staff incredible But we had massages and facials It was horrible, she played the same song over and over The facial was excruciating the scrub I asked to remove She just lathered us in oil, it was the worst we ever had. I told the front desk, was told they never had complaints. Not sure if that is how it is done in Europe, but never again. We ended up staying at another hotel when we returned to Antwerp
