Summary: Beautiful views from the pool, amazing restaurant on the first floor and great people watching views from the downstairs front terrace. There was live music multiple days when we were there. Not loud music, easy listening :) Rooms are spacious, clean and modern.

Summary: The hotel’s greatest strength is undoubtedly its location. The views are beautiful, and the setting makes it easy to enjoy Malta’s coastline. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. The housekeeping staff were friendly and polite, and the happy hour at the bar was enjoyable, with attentive service. Two members of the reception team also stood out positively, particularly when helping us book excursions. Unfortunately, the overall service experience was disappointing. Most interactions with reception felt unfriendly and, at times, unnecessarily hostile, as if any request were an inconvenience. One evening, our room had not been serviced. When we contacted reception, the response was defensive rather than solution-oriented. The staff member argued with me and did not even offer to replace the towels, leaving us with dirty, wet towels after returning late that evening. Breakfast was another weak point. While there were one or two friendly staff members, most seemed disengaged. The selection was exactly the same every day, with no variety. The quality was also disappointing: wilted fruit was a constant presence, and every morning there appeared to be fruit that should have been removed. We stayed in a premium room and had informed the hotel in advance that this trip was a wedding anniversary celebration. Even so, we often felt more like an interruption than welcomed guests. Great views and comfortable rooms, but horrible service. I would not stay here again

Summary: Friendly helpful staff, excellent fresh breakfast, room we had a designer suite sea view, for the time we spend in it then any sea view room would have been just as good. Bus stops within 2 mins walk from the hotel and lots of bars and restaurants close by.

Summary: This hotel is perfect in every way! The staff was extremely friendly and they made us feel very welcomed. And I mean all staff - cleaner, receptionists, waiters - all! Location is very good. It’s located next to very busy street, but room was very quiet (at least for us, we stayed 8th floor). There are plenty restaurants next to the hotel, supermarkets very close and the view to the bay is just breathtaking! Bus stop is in front of hotel and taxis to example Valletta weren’t expensive. If I ever visit Malta again, this is the hotel I would choose! I would give 6/5 to this hotel.

Summary: Great hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and clean. I payed for a room overlooking the bay which was amazing. The staff at the hotel were all very nice including the gentleman that arranged a late check out for me as I had a late flight. I would defo stay here again

Summary: A beautiful hotel, very clean, delicious meals especially at the Zest restaurant, and an amazing set of staff. Great location also. 2 members of staff stood out for me and they were Ojo and Prem if I recall well. So professional and always ready to help going above and beyond. They singlehandedly organised my holiday for me, suggesting things to do, giving out directions and everything else. Thank you so much guys. You made my stay in Malta so amazing. Hotel Juliani, you have a customer for life cos I will be back. Thank you.
