Positive: The team was incredibly friendly and patient with the visitors. The rooms were spotless and the beds were cozy. The hotel was quite lovely, and I will surely return in the future. We also appreciated the patio and brought home a few of the plants that were offered for guests to take.
Negative: The breakfast offered a nice selection of items, particularly the delightful natural herb teas. Sadly, everything was served cold. On the second morning, most items such as hot dogs, sausages, eggs, beans, and crepes were still not warm. I arrived for breakfast as one of the first guests, so perhaps it wasn’t fully prepared. It would be a fantastic breakfast if the food were hot. Aside from that, I would appreciate it if the rooms had better coffee options or even coffee machines like most hotels provide. However, this isn’t a dealbreaker, just a suggestion for enhancement.
Summary: Great hotel to stay at, will be back for sure!

Positive: The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained and is in a great location. We were there off-season so everything was empty and quiet, so it's hard for us to write a review about the noise in the area... Varied and pleasant breakfast
Negative: The bathroom is not ventilated and the shower is not pleasant enough.
Summary: The hotel is in a historic Jewish building and it was fascinating to take a tour.

Positive: Very nice and spacious room, clean, tidy.
Negative: The room I stayed in had poor sound insulation from the corridor, and as a result, every noise from the hallway was clearly audible in the room. This became particularly troublesome when some hotel guests did not observe the quiet hours around 12:30 AM. It was quite disruptive and affected the overall comfort of my stay. I wanted to make you aware of this in the hopes that some improvements can be made to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

Positive: The personal greeting from an open reception staff ( not our experience so far this trip) was a real treat. The welcome schnaps also was great! Really liked the room, nice views. Great location in the old Jewish Ghetto. Great Breakfast, great beds and shower, good convenient free parking, another treat. Definitely recommend and would return. I really enjoyed the history of the building, cobbling together 3 old houses. Helpful restaurant recommendations. Our visit in Trebic was a relaxing treat. Unlike other more well known Czech cities (that start with P) Trebic is not overrun with tourists and tacky tourist shops. A nice quiet visit..

Positive: Excellent location, friendly staff, great breakfast! The accommodation is in a perfect location, everything was easily accessible. The staff were very kind and welcoming, I felt truly taken care of. The breakfast was rich and delicious – a great start to the day. Highly recommended!
Negative: access to the property was a bit problematic – navigation led me the wrong way, and parking was more complicated than expected.
