Positive: Outdoor onsen is beautiful, especially during the snow. Staff are superb and helpful. Shuttle bus service to:from Noboribetsu station makes the trip so easy. Room is quite old yet spacious. You can have extra towel, pillow and blanket from the cupboard and amenities room. Halfboard is great too!

Negative: It maybe great for a stay for a night or two.

Summary: Great for resting, great onsen and hospitality!

Positive: Good vibes with splendid Natural Onsen outdoor. Breakfast and Dinner provided was fantastic with guidance from cozy staff. Excellent service of bus back and forth station.

Positive: The location is great with a nice view of the ocean. The room itself was large, comfortable, well-equipped and bright. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent!

Negative: The property needs some TLC. It needs minor repairs as well as a coat of paint. The front desk staff were not very hospitable and seemed like they didn't really enjoy their job. They were professional enough but no more which was different than the hospitality we received elsewhere in Japan.

Summary: A good value for money but a little disappointing in terms of atmosphere. The property needs a little attention however
