Summary: Very close to airport.Nice free morning breakfast till 10am.Extremely helpfull and corteous staff.Good hotel restaurant.Hotel centraly located,close to the historic district.Safety deposit box available at front desk. I didn't like the fact the room had very little comfort to sit down to relax or watch tv,other than laying in bed.Property always clean.

Summary: The good thing about this hotel is the friendly staff, which try to help you in any way. The rooms are good. If you got a room facing the main street, you might hear some traffic noice. But it didn't bother me much.

Summary: Very Friendly staff- a nice safe area - breakfast til 10 (I’m not fond of many have a 9AM deadline). Also clean & spacious room. This kind of hotel would cost 3 times more where I’m from but I digress-Cuenca historical center close walk. I will stay @ Hotel Italia again.
