Positive: Super close to the beaches. Staff is friendly, and the room is hygienic. The court yard is very cosy at night. Off street parking. Clean pool.

Negative: The hotel recommended a local tour guide which we contacted via Whatsapp, and he showed up uninvited and unannounced at our door at 9 AM. The hotel could not foresee his visit, but to be honest, it is strange and inappropriate that he was allowed in as he was not a hotel guest or we invited him and informed the hotel about it. We talked to the nice lady at the front desk about it afterwards, and this should not be happening anymore. The front desk is always manned, but an additional lock on the front door would be a big plus on general safety. However, I would stay here again, because the hotel is very pleasant.

Positive: This was a great find in Isla Aguada. After you pass through the reception office, you enter a peaceful tropical setting, all immaculately kept. Excellent location for cruising the town on foot.

Positive: We did not eat breakfast at this hotel.

Negative: No bottled water was provided. Nice touch to have coffee in the lobby. Milk for the coffee was not provided.
