Summary: Overall the service is okey. The only thing that shocked me was that if you want to eat from outside and borrow a cutlery they only provide you with 1€ wooden spoon.

Summary: Could need some maintenance. The room are as clean as we could expect for the “standard” the hotel is giving on is internet site. The breakfast is not the best, missing quality products.

Summary: Room was good, nothin too special.. bed and mattress was cheap. It was hard and not too comfy for 4 star hotel. Breakfast was brilliant though

Summary: I was shocked and very disappointed that my bed was not made and room cleaned daily. Only new floor mat provided on one day. Having my bed made etc. is why I choose to stay in a hotel and not apartments or Air b&b. The use of the request card should have been made clear at check in. I think staying in a hotel it should be completely standard that the bed is made and room cleaned daily. It should not be by request.

Summary: Lovely stay. Staff at reception excellent, upgraded us free to a better room. Pool area was superb. Location was perfect, about 15 minutes to Palma's old town. Definitely recommend staying here.

Summary: Staff were very nice and helpful. Rapid taxi service. Nothing wrong with the hotel building but little that shines out. Room wasn't the biggest and typical situation of a double bed means two singles pushed together. Location is walkable to the centre of Palma, but not a huge amount in the area.
