Negative: There was NO warm water! I mean, I don`t mind showering with cold water, but the weather was cold, so it would had been nice to take a warm shower you know.

Positive: The hotel is in a central location. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were helpful. I was especially pleased that they were able to fulfil my request to be moved to another room because there were guests quarrelling very loudly in the room next door and they had also turned up the TV “full blast”, making it impossible to sleep and I had to be up early the next morning. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the Wi-Fi was reliable. Breakfast was good. The fact that there is a restaurant on-site, is very convenient. The hotel served the purpose for my overnight stay.

Negative: The noise levels from the room next to the first room that I was allocated; fortunately there was another one available to which I was moved, so I was able to rest ahead of a long day.

Positive: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was onsite secure parking. Most of all I liked how beautiful the hotel was. There was a little sitting area that was beautifully decorated with handmade weavings and decorations. It was evident that this hotel supports the local and nearby artesans. Our room was lovely and spacious with extra chairs around a table where we visited with family memmbers. I especially liked the desk and chair that was also in our room. I'm so glad the hotel added these touches to enhance our stay. Breakfast was also included in the price and there was a wonderful selection of choices for breakfast. This was a wonderful stay in our trip and if we will certainly stay here again when we return.

Negative: I liked everything here! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
