Summary: This was a perfect hotel for purposes. We needed a place strategically located far north in Italy before venturing into Switzerland the next day in winter weather conditions. The hotel met our expectations in every way. It was an affordable option that included reliable WiFi, free parking, and free breakfast. The room was cozy and the staff was very friendly.

Summary: Staff helped us with our rental car issue, breakdown, and even took us to the train station. They went above and beyond our expectations of caring and customer service and would not accept any compensation. I highly recommend this hotel. Many thanks to them.

Summary: In the property was a big dog in a small cage. It barked day and night. When I asked about it, I was told it got walked three times a day and that's how it is with dogs there. Not nice.
