Positive: Excellent location, perfectly positioned for exploring the Tatra Mountains and nearby historic towns and castles. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning. The staff are always polite, helpful, and genuinely kind. A wonderful place to stay for both relaxation and adventure.

Positive: Super nice staff in all positions, feels like a family run hotel. Spa facilities where absolutely fantastic and we had the luck of having it pretty much to ourselves. Food and service in the restaurant were fantastic.

Negative: The sensors for the lights in the hallway were either not switching on or turning off halfway through the hallway, very annoying at night as we were at the very end of the hallway. Small choice of food in the restaurant, so few options for vegetarians, however the quality of what was offered was absolutely great! No way to take a proper shower in our room, we had a bathtub and no where to put the shower head.

Positive: What did I like about the property? Everything! The space, around hotel where is beautiful scenery views on High Mountains, when you can just go out and breathe, where you feel free. All our family enjoyed the stay.

Negative: Comfortable rooms, huge plus for the every room has a balcony or the terrace. They have also room for wheelchair which was super helpful for my father.

Summary: Super excited for sure will come back again
