Positive: The location of the hotel was truly excellent. There was a Mega Don Quijote store right across the street, and another Don Quijote inside the plaza where the hotel is located. Besides that, it was in a very central part of Shibuya. However, if you plan to use the subway or arrive from the airport with luggage, walking from the station to the hotel might be a bit difficult, since it’s not right next to the station but about a 5–6 minute walk. I’d recommend keeping that in mind. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very helpful. We had a few different situations with our luggage, and they assisted us every time. We honestly couldn’t find any negative points about the hotel. The only thing is that it was a bit expensive compared to nearby hotels. Also, the room was somewhat small. Did it work for us? Yes, because I kept the room very tidy. But if you don’t keep things as organized, you might feel a bit cramped with luggage. Still, it wasn’t a big problem.

Negative: As for the Wi-Fi, I personally couldn’t use it, but I believe that was due to the security settings on my phone rather than the hotel itself.

Positive: The location is amazing. Nothing compares to the views of the scramble at night from so high up. The amenities were perfect. The room was spotless and kept that way the entire time during our visit by the amazing staff.

Positive: Great location in the heart of Shibuya and lovely hotel with modern and cool interior design. The standard rooms are not very big but they have all the comforts you would expect from a 5-star hotel. We also paid for a top floor room and the view was absolutely fantastic (I recommend it!). Breakfast buffet quality was excellent and varied and we also got to chose one dish from the a la carte menu with additional hot drinks to choose from. Personnel on reception was also super helpful and nice. They all spoke very good English and gave us lunch recs around Tokyo. Overall it was a great experience! We'll definitely be back! P.S. I loved the cool design of the staff's uniforms. It had a charming Tokyo-glam vibe to it. It was a trendy touch!
