Summary: Always clean and comfortable. Love the location. It was loud early in AM and the manager was very responsive.

Summary: The ladies at the front desk were very accommodating and professional. The room was amazing; it had all of the amenities needed for an amazing evening. The only thing I'd recommend is an upgrade to smart TVs in the rooms. Everything else was fine.

Summary: The property is very nice. Not quite in the center of activity so a couple minutes walk to dining, shopping, etc. This is tough in cold weather and parking is somewhat limited in town in general. Friendliness of staff is hit or miss at best.

Summary: Our stay at Indigo is great. The hotel is stylish clean , the rooms are cozy and high standard. I love the style and decor. It’s a great place to stay , you can walk to restaurants and enjoy the unique climate of Napersville. It was just one day and night for us but I am sure I will be back .

Summary: My experience at Hotel Indigo was great. However, my check in process with the staff was extremely off putting. The gentleman who checked me in did not give me any welcome Information whatsoever. I had to listen to the woman next to him who was checking someone else in to hear about the parking pass, what the hotel has to offer, and other important things I needed for my stay.
