Summary: Everything went pretty smoothly, although the elevator is a little slow to get to the lobby sometimes. I had to use the stairs to get to my room the first time but it was fine every time after..

Summary: Wonderful hotel! There are TWO Indigo hotels & we went to the wrong one first... This one was great! Art deco feel, spacious room, quiet, comfy bed. Valet service was exceptional! Only thing we didn't like was the shower - you can adjust the head, but it still sprayed outside onto the floor - just odd.

Summary: Dott Boss is always amazing, but seemed very short staffed for dinner and breakfast. Room was clean as always. Could use better pillows.

Summary: Property is very nice and clean and the front desk was helpful. The issue I have is that the property is on a hill and upon arrival I walked inside to look for a luggage cart. I was pointed to around the corner where they were located. I returned to my car and struggled to get the luggage out of the car without the cart rolling down the hill. I witnessed another single mother attempting to check in and struggling with her cart and child so I lended a hand. Once inside I observed several employees sitting in the lobby chairs playing on their phones. This did not sit well with me. It would be nice for the hotel to provide someone to assist guests getting their luggage into the hotel due to the area you need to unload.

Summary: The hotel itself is great and the front desk people were great. But room staff are not. Was standing near door making coffee and room staff just opened the door and started to walk in. We skipped cleaning for green reasons the first day, but requested the room cleaned the next day for towels etc. We had to go to front desk and request twice before they finally cleaned it after 3:00. I left my Beats earbuds on the bedside table (I use them nightly) and they were taken. I was very frustrated, but blamed myself for leaving them laying there. So, it's a beautiful clean hotel with great front desk service - but the cleaning staff are not so much. Make sure and lock everything up!!!
