Summary: Very nice and new hotel. Service was good. Downstairs bar area was nice with pool overlooking the canal. Room was comfortable and good amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This hotel was really nice, comfortable, and clean. The bed was super relaxing, and the design of the room was pleasing to the eye. I would like to note this is a pet friendly hotel. The couple next door left their puppy unattended one night and he wouldnt stop barking. After two hours we called the front desk and they contacted the owners while they were out. The issue was resolved in a matter of 30 minutes. There is also a daily parking fee for an unsecured parking lot. Also, we could hear alot of street noise from the highway...however if your not a light sleeper it isnt a deal breaker. I would stay again because the cleanliness and comfort outweighed any cons.

Summary: Check-in was slow, staff was nice, we had to pay for parking and a resort fee we weren’t aware of. They also charge a $150 hold for incidentals. Bar was nice, food was good. We love the pool and canal access. Beautiful property.
